Some good sized clubs at that level now, Oldham being one of the bigger I’d say. Noticed Rochdale got beat In their play off game, that would have been a lively day at Wembley them two in the final.

The club just put a video on Twitter with CJs goal against Coventry, yesterday they put a picture of brownhill with the mention of it being a stellar season for our captain (which it was) I’m getting the inkling they are both staying, just a hunch.

Now the season has finished he’s got the chance to be a man and own up that he’s got it wrong. He can still feel we don’t play the best football etc that’s his opinion but to say we’re one of the worst teams is just factually incorrect. Will he admit he was wrong, probably not.

Being picky I’d have played Laurent and moved Hannibal wide dropping Edward’s but still a team capable of winning. In the big games against Sheff utd we usually fair well so I’m backing another win. UTC

Most of these lads have had 11 days rest. So so poor. It’s on the manager this. Should be blowing these away, you can say credit to Cardiff etc but these are shite. Side note how many players has he improved? In my eyes none and a lot have declined.

Not sure how signing the player with the most big chances missed this season will improve our chances. Stats show he will get you 10+ goals a season to be fair and he’s a focal point to play up to and get runners off him or hold it up to bring others into play, a bit like Steven Thompson in coyles ...

Realistically we need a winger for each side as Parker clearly doesn’t think Koleosho is up to the task yet, and another striker. Will we get all of these? Not a cat in hells chance.

Certainly improved on last season but his starting position and area commanding will be a point id say he needs to improve on, plenty of times when defenders are facing our own goal they usher him to come to the edge of his box quicker so they can nod it back, just needs to be a bit more aggressive ...

I’m calling it now I think he goes after Blackburn away. 3 of the next 5 away none of them easy, I think we’ll be lucky to get 6 points (2 home games Watford and Stoke) from those 5 based on the quality of opposition and pace and co will pull the trigger.

Remember after our game against West Ham at home last season watching a West Ham fan TV video and the fella speaking said he had a boxer (Reece) who boxed out of his Gym that was fighting for the Central Area title that night so certainly progressing well. Good on him.
