100% agree just said this on another thread, need 2 in my opinion big combative and athletic for in there. I’d be spending the Trafford money if or when it comes on 2 midfielders of that mould for sure.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Sat Jul 05, 2025 6:19 pmHave to sort the midfield out, currently nowhere near strong enough in the middle imho

In my opinion we need:- Starting GK when traff goes Experienced CB to go along side Esteve X2 big, athletic CM players (absolute must) Starting striker I’d keep Amdouni and Tresor. That would give us pretty much 2 Burnley quality players for every position with a couple extra. The 2 CM players for m...

Some good sized clubs at that level now, Oldham being one of the bigger I’d say. Noticed Rochdale got beat In their play off game, that would have been a lively day at Wembley them two in the final.

Now the season has finished he’s got the chance to be a man and own up that he’s got it wrong. He can still feel we don’t play the best football etc that’s his opinion but to say we’re one of the worst teams is just factually incorrect. Will he admit he was wrong, probably not.

Sean was great for Burnley over the years no doubt, but since the start of 2021/22 season, his last at Burnley, to when he left Everton, he has won just 31 games in league and cup. That is simply not good enough. This season it took the much criticised and perceived dinosaur according to some David ...

Not sure how signing the player with the most big chances missed this season will improve our chances. Why are we setting up to nullify the oppositions “threats” every game? Get at them, take the game to them and attack, by doing this you nullify their threats. Far too negative in thinking and set up.
