I despise the PL and if we weren’t in this **** show of needing to be here to pay off our huge debts, I’d be much happier in the Championship. Get a motorcycle instead. Far cheaper to run and far more exhilarating. No passengers to annoy you and no stereo needed. Just the sound of the engine and head for the twistys.

I think we’ve had something similar before but it’s worth revisiting. If you could go for a beer with a famous person who would it be and why? Dead or alive, play with me on this , just a bit of fun. I was lucky enough to see the Vulcan on its farewell flight over Rolls Rolls in Barnoldswick a few years back. It came in low and loud. Brilliant sight, unless you were the enemy of course. I believe it was used in anger during the Falklands War in 1982.

No one mentions Stevie G or Lampard. Two of the finest midfielders in PL history and doesn’t Lampard hold the record of most goals scored by a non striker or something like that. Stevie G knew where the goal was as well. In today’s market they would be worth far more than Jack Grealish .

It beggars belief that some folk don’t think this is a good signing. Let’s not get above ourselves here. He has played at the very top level for years and maybe he just missed being in the UK last season and the chance to come back to the North West and play fits perfectly with him. Great signing.
