Re: Holiday.
I live in a house overlooking the Med on the Costa del Sol between Benalmadena and Fuengirola. I hate the holiday period in July and August, too many bloody tourists, no parking anywhere, can get a bit too hot to go out walking, can't wait for September to get back to normal. Just think yourself lu...

Came back from Protaras, Cyprus last week. Going Los Cristianos Tenerife in September. Thinking about a cheeky week in either Majorca or Ibiza in August. And any other I can pick up cheap 8-) Protaras is very nice. Greek island for me in September, just not sure which yet. I’ll book nearer the time...

Re: Take me home, pothole roads.
The sheer amount of cars on the roads is unbelievable. I was in gridlock driving through Nelson the other day. Mind you there are roadworks everywhere in Nelson. They are not repairing the surface , they are putting in new traffic lights and widening pavements which will all slow down the traffic fl...

Take me home, pothole roads.
Had my car in the garage for new front springs recently. With the road surfaces getting worse every year it probably won’t be long before it’s back in for more suspension work. There seems to be roadworks at every turn these days , yet the surface just gets worse. Why does this situation seem to be ...

It beggars belief that some folk don’t think this is a good signing. Let’s not get above ourselves here. He has played at the very top level for years and maybe he just missed being in the UK last season and the chance to come back to the North West and play fits perfectly with him. Great signing.

I watched it in my local pub on a portable size TV on the wall. It was turned over to horse racing every so often as a lot of the lads had a flutter. We stayed in the same pub from start to end then went into town. I’ve watched it in parts since then and it’s a shame some of the big stars of that da...

At this stage of the close season after VK got us promoted, how many players had come in and how many had left. We need names, clubs and fees involved. We can use 19th June as a date.

3 wins and 1 friendly defeat does not constitute a requirement for sacking him. He needs time to watch PL games and decide on the players to suit his system the best. He has just chosen tried and tested for now but that will change as he sees the English players every week.

If the rider of the e-bike does not have a protective helmet on the police are not allowed to pursue them in case the rider falls off and sustains head injuries. A balaclava is not considered to be protective head wear so no pursuit is initiated.

Does the winner of this game, with the revenue from the two semis and the final itself, potentially get more £money than the teams that went up automatically?
