City looking at signing Gianluigi Donnarumma

Just seen Gianluigi Donnarumma is now being linked with Man City by a few of the big City social media accounts.

Penny for Trafford’s thoughts if they sign the Italian. You’d imagine it would end any hope of him being their no1 in the next year or two.

Our local high school has a real problem with parents desperate for any sort of SEN diagnosis and the rewards that brings. As a parent of an autistic child who finished high school this summer, you’ll have to enlighten me about these “rewards”. We found the last 5 years head-bangingly frustrating.

Heckingbottom on private fitness trainers

Heckingbottom’s gone off on a bit of of rant after one of his players picked up an injury working with a private trainer and appears to have banned PNE players from using them going forward. His anger is directed squarely at the trainer. Seems a bit of a misdirected rant to me unless he’s suggesting...

It’s easy to say he’s better than League Two, but a) he’s never started a game at any level in the EFL and b) perhaps nobody above League Two wanted him or were willing to commit to giving him game time.

Let’s hope Dubravaka is up to it. He’ll be 37 during the season. At some point soon, you’d imagine he’ll begin to decline.

Having had such a strong GK department for so long (23/24 aside), having a 36 year old first choice and a very young keeper second choice suddenly brings a bit of uncertainty.
