I think Cullen's importance to the team is more apparent when he isn't in the team. He is so under-rated and his contributions under the radar, I'm surprised VK hasn't come in for him at BM.

Maybe to put into perspective, Liverpool appear to have dropped 6pts from winning positions this season, Sheff UTD 6pts and Leeds UTD 10pts.

Going in front
After last night's win, it got me thinking that we have only lost 2pts from a winning position this season, and that was to them down the road. I know there is still a long way to go, but I can't remember that happening before. I know there are different ways of looking at it, but invariably, if we ...

Midfielders or strikers...
Annoyed not to win again, after dominating the game tonight. However, its interesting, or makes one think a wee bit, that we are 20 games in and our recognized strikers only have a handful goals between them and our attacking midfielders seem better set up for chances. Do we change our set up to get...

Setting records
2 seasons ago we set all sorts of records for offensive stats, possession, goal scored, even points... but this season has to be just as pleasing, setting records for different reasons; our defensive prowess and how we smother the opposition into submission, and winning at the same time. How much of...

Please stick with the plan. Don't give up and throw in the towel when the going gets tough. Give the guy a chance to learn from any mistakes he and the club have made. Terrible season just gone, but I personally am greatly looking forward to next season with VK in charge.

I know everyone has more important things to talk about, BUT has anyone any idea when we will use the 3rd kit? Wolves away has me thinking it'll be the claret and blue again... and I can't reckon on when we'd ever use any kit other than the yellow away and obviously the claret and blue home!

Not complaining, but imagine how many goals we could have scored if we didnt shut-up-shop when we went ahead... this team is brilliant and coached to win football matches. If we go ahead in a game (especially second half), odds are, we don't look for more goals, we keep ball and frustrate. Must have...

Does anyone have a favorite crazy game? I remember one from the 82/83 season where we played Leicester at home and lost 2:4, but what was so memorable was all the penalties and Alan Stevenson getting sent off. Heaton has a chance to go to the world cup. I think if it's a toss up for Dyche, then he'll respect that Tom needs game time to have a shot at the WC. A great position to be in for us as a club. If anyone is going to go, I would reckon Pope.

The goals that we are conceding seem to be route one or dodgy penalties. We are really are massively improving our play and teams are having a hard time coming to the Turf and opening us up.
