18187 given as the attendance but how many actually attended given the swathes of empty seats and a lack of away fans? Around 8000 maybe?

Three basic rules here based around respect

By all means stand at a bar. If it gets busy, move away.

When at a busy bar, be the gent if somebody has been there longer and let them get served

Bar staff should be more observant and look up once in a while when pouring to work out who is next.

there was somebody on the floor arranging 3000 tickets for Sheff Wed away when I went in and seemed exasperated so what could go wrong? I asked if I could have mine to avoid the issues but it couldn't be done. So expect tickets posted out soon and, if not, start worrying.

Just had to drive over to pick mine up. Selected post but they had put in collection box. At least they answered the phone today. Avoid at all costs really. Changed massively from the old days. Spoons is okay then you have Crafty Fox, Hush and Tipsy Table on the Abbey St area. Grants is decent for ales and great pizza. Warmers is a tip these days and the less said about the Blackburn Road pubs the better.

Summed it up when the team were on the pitch before the second half, heads down, idly kicking the balls around. No player encouraging. SP came in briefly to seemingly sort out then Sunderland came out the tunnel looking like a team.
