Re: ARTICLE: Burnley to survive but just about

It's a bit of a worry if that's who we have to compete with, the players I named are just the start. If they sold Guehi and Eze they'd probably have 80 to 100 million to spend on replacements. Well, that’s the issue. It’s a very short list of clubs that don’t have genuine talent all over their squad.

Re: ARTICLE: Burnley to survive but just about

Got a very good manager and one of the best all round number 9s in the league in Mateta. Along with Sarr, Wharton, Munoz and Kamada who are all really talented players. Will be interesting to see how Esse does, I imagine he is Eze's replacement. I don’t disagree. I like Glasner. Wharton is absolute...

He’s definitely not the player he was, but he’s still a fantastic athlete and for our ambitions (finishing 17th), he is probably the best possible right back we could possibly get. I can’t think of anyone even remotely close that we know will perform at that high of a level.

Re: ARTICLE: Burnley to survive but just about

Surprised how low Palace is.

With the potential to lose Eze and Guehi and navigating Europe (and the potential disappointment of it being the Conference League rather than Europa) I think they’re a genuine candidate to struggle.

Re: Summer transfer window

Brownhill is a good athlete but we all know at this level he’s fairly easy to replace. I would have kept him purely to save another position that needs filling but I’m not gutted he’s going like I was with Egan Riley This is where I am too. We needed to significantly improve our midfield and Brownh...

Can hardly complain when a player is lured by a club the size of Marseille. CJ was excellent last season, out of nowhere really. Personally, I thought he might be found wanting at Premier League level - didn’t think he quite had the pace nor the physical presence to dominate at that level. So, if we...

Cooper and Hamer would be obvious players who could improve us but the one I really like at Sheff Utd whenever I see them play is Sydie Peck.
