My parents live in Stubbins Vale in Sabden, and absolutely love it. They have a static caravan, not a park home though. They live there all year round, apart from when they go on holiday. Don't have a single regret. Bills are dirt cheap too. I think they pay about £2k per year in site fees.

It’s a complete shambles. The guy in front of me in the queue at half time asked for a Wainwrights and got served an actual pint of froth. I’m not even exaggerating. It was just pure froth. Obviously he didn’t accept it.

I will second the shout for NWR Properties too. They fitted our new combi a year or two ago and they were first class. Yeah I believe so, but I’m used to that as I’m lived in houses with combi boilers pretty much my whole life. Would rather deal with that than the situation we have now.
