Hannibal's position is an interesting one. Just above two players who have never looked near good enough. Probably sums up the issue with Hannibal. He's very up and down. He's as far from a steady Eddy as it gets. He's either a 4 or an 8, which puts his current average just about where I'd expect it!

The 2-2 was a great away day. I remember it well. David Silva was magnificent in the first half - a joy to watch. Everything went through him and we didn't get within 5 yards of him the whole half. Anyone who remembers the dreadful years when we were thrutching around the bottom two divisions will find it hard to be too disappointed with the Premier League. It's a cruel game sometimes. We can't argue too much about the red card or the penalty. The second yellow is very harsh, but its borderline. Oliver couldn't wait to send Big Les off and give the penalty though. That grates more than anything. The desperation to ensure Liverpool get the win after 90 ...

I like Luca, but he's extremely limited and isn't a big loss if he goes. He has pace, he can get you off your seat, but ultimately he runs down blind alleys and produces very little.
