And even if you avoid that outcome which is probably most people, you can't take it forever and will put the weight back on unless lifestyle and diet are changed.

If you're not eating properly and putting the nutrients in, it's likely to do more harm than good long term. The gallbladder removal departments are likely to be busy soon.
