Sad news
I remember as a youngster listening to her song “Stupid Cupid “
She was the first female singer I remember and then of course Alma Cogan and wonderful Dusty Springfield

Re: England vs India Third test
Be interesting to see if Pant is picked for next Test and is allowed to bat both innings but replaced by their better wicket keeper as they have done on this test .
India should be made to play both in their starting line up

Dreadful Brook - 10 minutes to lunch
Just Root
Stokes
Smith
Defeat looking more likely now unless Archer had a big and successful spell in their innings

Shocking morning so far
Duckett and Crawley out to dreadful shots
Could lose this by the end of day if we keep playing balls that we can leave

Not missed a ball this morning
Been a wonderful session which looke like belonging to India but now England’s morning
India changed the ball when Bumrah was causing chaos and it serves them right when the changed ball is even softer than the one they had

Re: England v India - 2nd Test
For next test Crawley and Tongue have to go and be replaced by another opener in the squad and Archer
Possibly Bashir as well and replaced by another spin bowler in squad ( not sure what other options are but Dawson would be ok from Hampshire and a decent batter also )

Have watched the first half and this is my first match
Bayern outclassed Auckland in the 45 minutes
How did Auckland manage to be one of the teams as there is so much money apparently on offer.
Would imagine they will be happy to lose every game by a big margin if they are paid handsomely.
