It’s long been called an earworm. I used to run to Jesus Christ Superstar and Davys On The Road Again. They be in my head for hours after I’d finished. Caught a flight out of Cork yesterday, plane next to us had Eidelweiss plastered all down the side. Guess what I had in my head after that, nightmare.

No idea what you are into but about 15 miles N. of Naples is the Royal Palace of Caserta, Italys version of Versailles. If you search that in google maps there are plenty of photos and videos.

My number one tip for anywhere is youtube. Just search the place name and you can’t go wrong.

just looking at flights and it’s much cheaper to fly to Trapani, have you been to Trapani? is it worth a visit? No, sorry. We couldn’t have been further away. East coast and SE corner for us. Taormina, Catania, Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa and Scicli. The last 3 were an Inspector Montalbano locations trip.

I’ve had many holidays in various areas of Italy and enjoyed every one. The people are grand, the trains are cheap and on time. Sicily has the best beaches. On the downside. The offside is so debatable. Greying out both arms means nothing unless the passer is in view. At what point does the forward pass begin? As he touches it forward or when it leaves his foot? Not solely a UK problem as mine, in Ireland, is the same. I can wade through and check it but it takes a while. Solar doesn’t help as they mix the re-generation in with the units used.
What annoys me more is it is a random date in the middle of the month as we run a spreadsheet for our month ends.

Thanks for replies but I think I’ve worked it out. It is hung from the front of the stand roof and lowered vertically. Not like the flags that are passed down over the fans heads.

Saw a couple of them in this weekends Bundesliga. Collapse down to the front like a giant flag would but don’t fold like a flag.
I know I’m probably making an idiot of myself but that’s not the first time. Are they some form of hologram?

Great defence and chin. Knocked out in his first pro fight, Dec 67, he was never knocked out again in spite of fighting all the greats of that era.
