I looked at going to one of these fixtures but didn’t want to be sat in a mostly empty ground.
I opted for Orlando v Cincinnati instead and be a football tourist for the night Tickets in the home end are £10 ($12) and it looks like a much better experience.

Saddened to hear this news yesterday. Like a few others, I knew Steve from vans and minibus trips to away matches through the 80’s and 90’s. One stand out event, amongst many, was a dodgy van we hired from a firm in Clitheroe which caught fire somewhere on the M6. Steve said ‘don’t panic, but the va...

Raynauds is awful from September to May, so basically the whole football season. My three pronged approach is Nifidipine, silk glove liners, and a pair of North Face fleece lined leather gloves. The silk glove liners are about £10-£15 depending on the brand, and the North Face gloves are about £150 ...

How about reversing this? How about not applauding ex-players and manager on the Everton game? It works both ways you know. Agree. They don’t play for us anymore, they don’t manage us anymore. I think there has been an awareness of this case prior to the TV series. I for one had been following it. Rather, I think it says more about the society we are living in these days that it takes a dramatisation on TV for mass interest in it to occur. I think you’re right about injustice needing to ...

Had mine done in 2011 after putting it off for a few years. Take it easy for first few weeks and listen to the physiotherapist, they know best.
After two ankle fusions and a total shoulder replacement, I have to say the hip surgery was a breeze.
Hope it’s as successful as mine has been.

Burnley fans complaining about timewasting is phenomenal. Worst team in the league for it. Look at it another way, more positively from our perspective. We’re the best team in the PL at managing the clock when necessary. Pope’s ‘where’s the ball’ against Spurs being the best one so far this season.
