Loved the sight of proper floodlights in towns. I was once driving down from Aberdeen, I spotted the floodlights on at Forfar. Parked up walked to the ground, no one on the turnstile. Went in and watched Forfar Reserves v Dundee Utd Reserves. Couple of hundred crowd on due to Willie Petigrew making ...

But quite happy to go to the Olympics The NRL are virtually broke. They’ve paid millions up on millions to keep their competitions going. NZ Warriors have been in Australia for nearly 2 years now. Melbourne Storm relocated to QLD last season. Only 2 last week they relocated all 16 teams to QLD, 41 ...

Re: Rugby League World Cup: Australia and New Zealand pull out of tournament

The main sticking point was if the players would get paid while in quarantine, or would the time come out of the 6 weeks holiday entitlement.

Also they’ve already cancelled the F1 Grand Prix that was scheduled for November.

In theory the idea sounds good, in practice it just needs tweating a little, maybe in the Sprint first get 10 points, 2nd 9, 3rd 8 and so on down to 10th and 1 point, would mean the midfield could push more not only for a better starting position in the Grand Prix but to earn a couple of extra poin...

Scrap goalkeepers and let nearest to goal save the ball. 4 points for a goal, 1 point for hitting the bar or post.

Spain started it now everyone is catching up. Players are entitled to go down when contact is made if they choose to moan and scream that's their choice. Contact is contact be it small or big imo.
