Re: more planned alterations at Turf Moor
So the public consultation period on the proposed alterations expires on the 8th October but I’m sure people will have noticed the new wall and relocated turnstiles going in at the old away fans entrance well before any consent is granted. What do you think are the chances of the council planning e...

The difference was his arm was behind him, never a pen, hannibal had is arm above his head, deffo pen. You could tell by hannibals reaction he knew it was, and as for the king penalty, if he didn't start going down 5 mins before he put his leg into the keeper he might have got it.

Special buses run back to Piccadilly Gardens after the game. As you exit the away end turn right at the main road then cross over the road. You will see the buses lined up further down that road. If you come off after 5th goal you can get on no probs, wait till final whistle and it's quicker to wal...

Moronic comment. Should every pub/social club in Burnley also not factor football matches into their business plan as well then? The clue is in the title, (cricket club) , so anything else out of season is nothing they can take for granted, so will be impossible to plan for. Because like what's hap...

Surely it's not affecting bcc as a business, the cricket season has finished, the football club is a bonus to the cricket club because how near it is. No other cricket club at that level have so much income in the close season, now the FC is in the prem aswell means the away end is full most games.

The new planning is probably better for the park view, better for all the pubs and clubs around the culvert, it's the cricket clubs job to act against these changes to entice fans to make the extra effort.

With the cricket season finished, they should be happy all the away fans go in, plus they charge for parking on there, no other cricket club gets that out of season, different business to the football club so why is the football club to blame for less people going in.
