Prices are on the website Cat A £35 and Cat B £30 for an adult. Why post the prices for this season if they won't be for sale, it also says this price is frozen from last season, but I didn't think you could buy tickets for CFS last season??

Time will tell on that one. But it is poor, if we are putting the sale of a few extra tickets before fan safety.

Re: Cricket field stand
So long as they don't sell tickets in the home side of CFS other than ST holders. Surely the safety officer wouldn't allow that, given previous issues with Everton etc. It would be catastrophic if any away fans managed to get in there.

Re: Cricket field stand
Am I missing something, if you move the away fans you will need more seats in that half of CFS. Doable if you rep!ace all the wooden seats with plastic ones but they would need to be sharpish. But that leaves you with a big H&S issue, more fans going through the single exit and onto that concourse w...

Seen the non penalty from various angles and am struggling to see where the PNE player plays the ball before Edwards. It certainly looks like Edwards pushed the ball toward and the defender simply goes through him well after the ball had gone.

I had similar at Sunderland 2 years ago, I wasn't in the mood for gentle persuasion, so just stood in front of them at my seat number. They soon moved after a couple of minutes with my 6 foot 3 and 20 stone frame leaning back on a couple of them.

When we were at Ewood for the league cup game a few years ago there was an armed copper stood on the corner of the car park where the buses turn off Bolton Rd. A long rifle like the one in the picture, plenty of people on my bus saw it and commented about it.

I agree about the lack of police after the game. I was parked on a side road off Jack Walker Way, I passed one traffic cop who was stood at the roundabout at the Furnhurst. All them coppers on duty and I passed just one on the 10 to 15 min walk back to car.

It was a bit bizarre the second time the ball hit the referee. I was in the CFS and it looked like the ref motioned to play on after it hit him. There wouldn't have been a need for a pardon if they had stuck to the plea deal. He was facing 25 years in jail for things that normally carry a warning at most. Many supermarkets work on 60 -70 percent mark ups. So something costing £1 in store has probably cost them 24p. £1 = 20p vat, so 70% mark up of 80p is 56p. So 20p to govt, 24p to the supplier and 56p to the shop. Out of the 56p they have to pay all the overheads of site, staff, merchandising, wareho...

If we sold out all home games by the start of the season, then happy days, leave things there. If we can't control resales then don't do them. I realise this will penalise some fans but safety comes first and if we can't set up a fool proof system then so be it don't sell them.
