Breakout season just means they do unexpectedly way better than they’ve done before. Most of those PL picks above have already had breakout seasons, that’s why PL teams have signed them.

As I've said earlier, because by putting it on the exchange you're making it available for someone else to buy (thereby making money for the Club) and it it's a one off game, 10 points are completely useless to the person who buys the ticket. And as I’ve said before, they aren’t necessarily useless...
