The Newcastle supporters club statement is even better than the clubs, deluded enough think they speak for all of football.

Re: **** VAR
On me jollies so only seen the MOTD highlights this morning on my phone: 1st pen isn’t a foul anyway, right decision to overturn it. Foster’s 2nd goal looked offside in real time and offside on the freeze frame. It looks like the player at the bottom of the screen is the nearest defender to playing ...

off-peak cap will apply for Saturday which is £7.80, think you’d practically have to travel end to end to hit that though.claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 28, 2025 10:01 amCheers Down rover & Quoon.
Does it then cap it to the same price as the 1 day pass for the zones you go through ?

We don’t need any of that ********.
All we need is a ref and 2 liners on the pitch making honest decisions, good or bad. Add goal line technology and we’re done.
Put the trust in the officials to make decisions and they’ll become better for it. Var has killed the game.

Looked half a yard off the pace in the first half but apart from early doors we weren’t really troubled and should have been one up - Foster’s goal should certainly have stood. The Tarks one is a pen for me. I’ve read a few experts saying his arm is in a natural position. The opposite is true as he is trying to hide his arm behind his side which is actually unnatural. He leans towards it with his body ensuring the ball hits him. It all happens as an instinctive reaction o...

For large parts we played some really good football and had created more than spurs but at this level players of Kudus and Richarlison’s quality can turn a game with one chance. We don’t have anyone quite as good as that and it’s the biggest difference in this league. Dubravka 6 a couple of decent s...

Anyone available to us was always going to be a significant downgrade on Trafford.
