Yes as someone else pointed out nord VPN can be a problem, so if you are using a VPN see if it has a slit tunnelling option you can omit the email app from your VPN

I had this problem with btmail it wouldnt accept emails from hotmail or gmail accounts, there was a setting in the account that had to be changed, i will see if i can find what I did, this was about 5 years ago.

When i had my business I preferred card payments as, only charged 1% on credit cards and 15p per transaction on debit cards. The big issue seller in wimborne now takes card payments. Probably less risk involved. Personally I very rarely carry cash.
