It does sound like the IFR will have genuine powers including removing owners, directors and senior staff from football clubs if they are threatening the existence of a club. Hopefully this will avoid the situations like at Bury and Morecambe.

There was a block of empty away seats low down and against the wall of the stand that were clearly empty on purpose as they were covered in netting. I assume they are left empty as a form of segregation.
