People in Burnley are buying them though.

The big problem is being able to get 4 away tickets, that's just wrong. If 4 people share the £150 its not that much to guarantee tickets.
You can't get 4 tickets with the £150 Premium membership, only 1. The 4 is for Hospitality Members.

Incredibly, when points are added or removed it states that it has been done manually. I think it was because people were buying tickets last season, getting their 20 points automatically, and then cancelling, all done to build up their points. It's some shocking system if it can't deal with that. ...

Yes you can (just done it with ours). On iPhone you need to actually go into the wallet app itself, not double click the side button. Once in the app, select the relevant ticket and you should see the square box with an upwards arrow coming out of it. Click that and choose whatever method you want ...
