When I purchase a ticket for an event I don't expect to be refused entry through no fault of my mine and have to queue at the TO in the hope that they can sort the issue and that I can get access, eventually!

Not quite. Had to queue with many others at the TO to have their staff fiddle with my phone to reset my download so that we could get in.

The tickets on my android didn't work and had to queue at the ticket office with numerous others. Whatever the reoccurring issues are (there were issues at Spurs, not sure about at Utd), it's not good and needs sorting!
