Come 200 miles to be refused entry with my digital card for CFS - absolute sh!t show. Been sent to ticket office with everyone else refused entry. I notice Alan isn’t doing any walkabouts today. Just been in a local hospital emergency unit. Only about 50% of the out patients were speaking English but this isn’t a tourist area. Again it’s the shear numbers using/ abusing the service. Some staff are amazing with one or two not so but they must have to deal with all sorts.
