Re: Name the most obscure Burnley player
If you think players like Mumby and Kalvenes were ‘obscure’ you can’t have supported us then and must be an adolescent picking names out of a hat. Equally Stewart is not ‘obscure’ he stands outs as being very poor.

I have zero interest in the club World Cup or whatever it’s called and don’t watch many European games. Your traditional fan going to league matches probably isn’t who they are interested in though. They want not attending armchair fans that watch on TV in China or elsewhere.

I liked JBL previously. He is a threat at PL level and looked good in a poor side and set up. Just surprising signing now as we look well covered in his position but I we don’t know who is going. Central midfield and striker needed now and preferably some proven experience in the middle of the pitch...

Could Ramsey be Brownhills replacement? He looked miles off being a Premier League player last time. He looked miles off Brownhill’s level and he is questioned at the higher level. Coming back from a long injury doesn’t make him a much better player it’s just wishful thinking. Over time he may deve...

With this possible Walker signing ( and the fact he could fit in a back 3 system) what kind of system will we use next season or are we likely to change it from game to game ? What did Parker use last time he managed in the PL and did he change it from his Championship systems ?

Looks to be a potentially good signing. The neck tattoos though look hellish although I’m sure there’ll be someone on here who thinks it looks good. Wonder if the plan is to play Humphreys centrally or if Pires will stay and both fight for the LB place.

AP is nothing like the Glazers. That’s laughable. By buying another European club, they are helping BFC. The Premier League is THE world league, it’s the biggest and best. In my experience, it’s the always coach rather than the club. In grassroots, the u12s can have a completely different approach to the u13s at the same club. It would be useful if a club operated the same way at each age, so you had a better idea what would be the right fit for your kid but as it’s ...

Seen youths on e bikes tearing up football pitches where young kids are playing. They normally have balaclavas or hoodies hiding their cowardly faces. There are some not far from us who regularly go on the roads. The police know who they are but say they can’t do anything which is pathetic.

I think the 24 points thing is a bit misleading. Perhaps more relevant is they beat us and should have beat us in...
