Re: First ever Rugby match live

Never been to a live Rugby League game but watched it on TV and would go. Been to many Rugby Union games both club and Internationals and always enjoy it. It’s a different vibe to the football but I think you appreciate the game more when you’ve played it.

Re: Man City vs The SUPER CLARETS - MATCH THREAD

At least the worst fixture of the season is out of the way early. We wouldn’t want this as the last game. We’d be better off forfeiting this fixture and taking a 3-0 loss as there isn’t a lot of point turning up.

Has to be worth a place on the bench based on the other night. Offered a lot more in 10 minutes than most did over 90.

Not that surprising. You need to grow coffee beens as you do hops. You have to source it and transport it etc. It takes longer for a barrista to make a speciality coffee than it does to pour a pint from a pump. It’s still much cheaper though than a beer in most pubs.

The changes to getting in and out of the ground are shambolic in my opinion. I can walk past the away fans coaches and past the away fans but I can’t walk down to the ground next to the cricket club in case I walk next to away fans. The away player coaches create a bottle neck outside the James Harg...

Dubravka 9 outstanding not missing Trafford so far

Laurent 7
Cullen 7
Florentino 8
Tchaouna 7
Anthony 7

Shouldn't be letting Ramsay go anywhere - he played really well for the full game against Derby and is now on the bench.
