Some great advice given although I will add that if you do get cramp, I find that Tonic Water immediately gives me relief and the Cramp disappears as quickly as it came. I was told this many years ago when I was fit and healthy playing football, try it, it works for me Tony.

Thanks for some great responses; TVC estimates 75 to 100 Million, C&J estimates it costs nearly 100 million per year.
