"VAR acknowledges it was a handball but it didn’t deem it to be a denial of a goalscoring opportunity because of the presence of a covering defender so didn’t recommend a red card.

"VAR does not intervene to recommend a booking as that’s not part of their remit."

Could solve the housing problem at a stroke by converting some of that obsolete commercial space into homes.
Trouble is there are too many vested interest in keeping property prices artificially high and wouldn't want to see supply increase to meet demand.

Even at peak performance and with a deep squad the odds of winning every game required in both the league and three knock out cup competitions, even as the favorite in each induvial game is very, very low.

I assume the above Gaurdian article might relate to warnings made by Caan Berry a professional sports trader (who you could class as a "person with extensive experience of the sector"). He was sending warning to the Gambling Commission a early as December where he breaks down the flaws in the model....

5 years on we'll finally land Robert Snodgrass.

Could do worse tbh, still got a season or two in him. We switched to Brady when we were Gazumped by West Ham in 2017 and watching both this season Snodgrass is still the better player.

I'm running a 1080ti from a 2017 high end build.

When the 3000 series was announced I looked at how much I'd get for it, not a lot as there were also lots pulled from mining rigs that were no longer economical.
Now they're going for 80% of 2017 price I paid, staggering!

60% of the league without any transfers in. A handful of loans elsewhere mostly. Come back in a couple of windows with the same old arguments about strengthening and risk vs reward but right now there's a Pandemic on which has shaken every business to it's core and professional sport is no exception.
