I have one every year for various reasons. First time I had it I had the sedation. Glad that I did because it meant I wasn’t anxious. Once I knew what was involved I’ve been happy to do without for the ones since. The important thing is to do whatever you’re comfortable with.

The premium one is for people like my brother who lives daaaan saaaaf and wants to get priority for the London/south coast tickets. In effect it works a bit like an away season ticket, as long as he gets his arse in gear for the initial priority period when the email lands.

I have used them in San Francisco. Weird and exciting the first time and then pretty much routine. Feels safe. All sedate and smooth. It will be interesting to see how they deal with our much narrower roads, and roundabouts. But my journeys weren’t all just in a straight line. It dealt with things l...

I don’t disagree with the overall sentiment, but most cleaners or care workers in Dubai will be on less than 10% of £70k (probably a lot less than that), and without any employment rights either.

Very honest from Cleverley. Possibly even a bit harsh on his team. I’d like to think that kind of approach earns plaudits but I fear it means he’s probably not cut out for management long termVegas Claret wrote: ↑Sat Dec 21, 2024 10:19 pmNot often you hear a manager say the scoreline flattered them in a defeat
