I’ll be honest, I was flicking between our game and villa (my second team). I thought some of his distribution was a bit suspect from what I’ve seen so far and he seems a bit slow to react at times. In truth, we’ve been spoilt over recent years! Early days and I’m sure he will be fine, maybe a bit o...

No idea if there’s any truth in this but I’ve heard from a pretty reliable source that these deals have only been made possible on the back of the increased fan zone revenue taken directly from the cricket club.

Decent effort. Poor from Steve and Ekdal on the first. Second was a great goal. Third shows the inconsistency of officiating - pulled Fozzy in the first half on a break away. Similar on Steve for the third and not given. Either ignore both or give both but not one or the other. We need to work on o...

When was that? Can you tell me the last time he played consistently at centre half in the PL? We’re pinning our hopes on an injury prone utility man? Think it just concerns me that we’re signing a 36 yo who appears to now be Newcastle’s third choice behind Pope & Ramsdale…and he’s coming in as our first choice. In the past our no2 has always been pretty solid for the standard we’ve been at, should there be an issue with the first choice. but Wei...
