Thanks, I really did not know that.
And I liked Captain Scarlet (I shouldn’t admit this, but I am a member of Spectrum)
There is a lot to be said for having your team performing in the town centre.
It’s just a pain for me to get to.

Re: New Stadium
I find it strange that Burnley supporters would ever pine to leave our ancestral home. It’s like wanting to leave Buck House to build a Trump Tower. It’s just bricks and mortar, I don’t think it has a preservation order on it. If you knocked down each side gradually to replace it with more appropri...

Etihad is a fantastic venue, I have had some great corporate events there. and I think I heard that the new Everton stadium has the capability to host 6000 corporate visitors. Re: New Stadium
Stadium doesn’t move. Well I think estate agents (realtors as we are American now) would describe the existing arena as ‘tired’ at best, and you can’t knock it down and build a replacement in the space of a season break. Like it or not, at some point, IMHO it’s going to move. ALK are right to have ...

Re: Access for home fans
Let's say it's 1-1 on Saturday, an afternoon kick off, a close finish so not many leave early. 5 minutes later you've got around 14,000 people leaving via this. It will probably all be fine, it'll certainly take a while though. exit.jpg Interesting pic from page 1, you’d have to find somewhere else...

The changes meant that in order not to get stuck in traffic I had to leave ten minutes earlier than usual! For those of us that have a long journey home, having a clean getaway can save thirty minutes from being in a queue.

I’d never walked down there until we went back into the CFS, what a decade ago? When I had a season ticket in there in the 90’s I think we went through off Brunshaw Rd (though I could be forgetful there). I thought the away fans used that route from the late 70’s through to the stands being built? ...

I suspect that they’ll ask to see a match ticket and then turn you around. However, I also suspect that the TV truck compound will now be extended right up to the wall blocking any advancement, but easily removed if an emergency exit is required.
