Re: Loyalty Points
Still no loyalty points added for attending the recent U21 fixture on the Turf. I would have expected all points to be updated prior to selling ticket for Man City away. That this hasn’t been done strongly suggests the club doesn’t intend rewarding U21 attendees for that fixture

Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Cardiff City – Cup Ticket Information
I think a strong argument can be made for rewarding supporters with 20 loyalty points for attending home cup ties. Currently away fixtures are incentivised at 20 points, presumably to boost take up of ticket sales and subsequent attendance, so why is it different for home cup ties when there’s a sim...

Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Cardiff City – Cup Ticket Information
I’ve put this argument forward on the Loyalty Points thread. These first team home cup ties used to see attendees rewarded with 10 loyalty points, but now is just 5. I believe 10 is more appropriate.

Courtesy of email responses from the club to a friend, it has been confirmed that attendance at home games this season will see only 5 loyalty points credited per fixture. Re: REPORT: Losing ground after Preston draw
The first half featured two goal saving defensive blocks, as Tony references in his excellent report. The first, as reported, an outstanding block from Egan-Riley. The second, from my vantage point 10 rows back and central behind the goal, should be credited to Esteve, who had retreated to the goal ...

The achievements by the club in 1947 go completely unrecognised in the pre-match “theatre”. No mention in the regular video illustrating a potted history of our club.
