Spoke really well about his season at Turf...I do not think he is the best centre half in the world ..but could have been a Ben Mee type player for the club ...getting better through effort and professionalism and a real club ambassador by the way he plays...

Being objective we got the loan players who got us up to a large extent because of Vincents name...the transfer business last summer means he should have got potted before christmas ...Tressor, Amdouni, Trafford, Ramsay probably £50 -£60 m ...wow

For me ...defence is worse ...midfield centre a bit stronger wide players a bit better ...strikers cannot see we have any goalscorers

The money spent was a lot for Burnley that is all...no full back or striker bought in the summer ...or proper striker anyway i do not count Amdouni as anything more than a beach footballer not enough height, physicality snd in some of the players effort ... overall though we are in a slightly better...

It does not matter at all...we have two bad goalkeepers ...poor fullbacks ... centre halfs who are far worse than the ones we had when we went down last time and no strikers ...apparently Berge is our best player and every game he fails to score any goals (will not shoot) create any chances or show ...

Last time in the championship we started well and teams did not really attack us. I am not convinced by any of the centre halfs ...we have no full backs ...no solid goalkeeper ...no proper holding midfielder ...no goalscorer ... we were heavily subsidised last time in the championship by 3 loan sign...

Foster scored 3 or 4 goals at the start of the season and then at Villa...not sure we can say he had a good season...i am guessing another potential player ...not one good signing for me last season Brian Laws is disparaged but he had little financial backing ..at least he had one good signing in Ma...

Think Trafford will become a good player ...but he was not a first choice Premier league goalkeeper this season

We are not Premier League standard but Luton were not a bad side last year they got a draw in the corresponding fixture last year and we were under the cosh and Barnes got us a win at Luton ..we were lucky to win at Luton earlier in the season ..so why we are being arrogant and disrespectful to them...

I have no preference to either keeper ....they are both okay ..but would buy another one if there were not more pressing gaps

Not sure there is any criticism for his performance yesterday....in any event i did not watch it ..he may or may not be the best player this season but that probably is part of the reason why we are where we are ... He is a bit like Paul Comstive ..admittedly at a higher level does some really nice ...
