Re: The Man Behind the 96.com Deal GONE!

If you look at his CV on Linkdin he has never been in a job anywhere for much longer than a year. In fact we were his longest job at one year and ten months. Another career climber just looking for the next big job. I too am disgusted at a member of the general public showing ambition. People on th...

Am I being thick in terms of finding where to watch this? I have the SkySports App (login via Virgin Media) and despite Sky press release saying it’s on Sky Sports+ (which is meant to be in the Sky Sports app) it’s simply not there, no way to search or find it. I don’t think I have Sky documentaries...

It's workable but it's not ideal. There can be infinite languages in the dressing room but there needs to be a single unifying language and they all need at least a basic grasp. It's more to do with cohesion and team spirit. They can't all be best buddies but imagine, just as an illustrative exampl...

No point judging the overall against City. No other team close to as good as them.

Re: Summer transfer window 2023 - rumours, links and discussion.

Need to be aware of payment terms and the accounting side of all this. Maatsen at £20m if spread over a decent contract and with a portion of it based on surviving / plays for country / plays in Europe and it’s a no brainer. If he has 1 good PL season he’s immediately worth £30/40m when you consider...

Don’t get this notion of justice… Start of the season everyone knows 1+2 go up and 3-6 are in playoffs. 3rd finishing ahead of 6th offers no justice should 3rd progress. 6th place isn’t cheating 3rd place of a promotion slot. Whether 3 should go up automatically or not is a separate argument but the...

Should be an exciting game but serious question, how do they handle the ground share?

Do AC get a bigger allocation for this game as the ‘home’ team and Inter will get more next week?

Re: Them down the road v Champions

For the record through, away at their place 0-0 having not played great is a good outcome.

We have the players, options, systems and fitness choices to make a decisive change and go on to win this.

Ideally getting the first and being in a position to break on to 2 or 3-0

Vito and JBG off for Benson and Foster/Obafemi

Least have someone fast playing the Tella role

Cork not going to add anything to the system we play. Hardly need another deep midfielder when Mastsen/Roberts are filling the space.

2-3-5 but big distance to JBG/Brownhill/Barnes

Rarely seem to drop back in pick up the ball and it gets so tight in midfield

Boils down to THB dropped due to a bad game and Vitinho in for Benson - who has had far more impact from the bench this season anyway.
