I was really shocked and sad to see Dyche go. It could have gone many different ways from that point, but I'm very excited about the way it has gone. I expect at least a few wobbles on the journey, but overall I think we're going to be an exciting team to watch.

I think most of the praise he got was based on his potential, but he never fully realised it with us. I think this is positive for us, overall. Wish him all the best.
