[quote=morninbob post_id=2577859 time=1752257626 user_id=8953] He brushed over the europe question, I bet the players who got us there weren't best pleased at being on the bench. He was absolutely right to bench them. He was looking at the big picture, the players weren...

Re: ARTICLE: Roberts moves to Leeds

He was very good in the second half of his first season with us once SD started playing him Crikey, Very good is a stretch. Only saw any glimpse of talent after the W/C. Very deserving of his place in the team of the year. But some fans deffo are re writing history. Keep seeing the “passion” mentio...

Re: January transfer window rumours.

Love Benson but if we can get a decent fee, this is the correct decision for me. Just cannot stay fit and I don’t think we can afford to start him with his non existent off the ball work. We need a consistent right midfielder who will work hard and is available to play every week. Crikey let’s get ...

Re: ALK CAPITAL ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP WITH DUNDEE FC

speaking to the Burnley Express is a waste of everyones time based on their current football offering. however speak to local fans is something that Pace does well, i've had several conversations with him since he's been on the club, same for my kids. he will always stop and engage. seems a nice gu...

Re: From The Bee Hole End - live this Thursday

Just please get Chris Boden educated on our transfer spend in the summer. For an experienced reporter it’s painful. Fees with future potential bonuses (most of our deals given their age) does NOT mean that money has been paid yet, or ever will be! If he mentions 130m again, when it’s actually way b...

Crikey. Appreciate footballs a game of opinions, but that’s a shocker.

Weak and just mopes about.

Re: CFS - Half time early exodus

Hi, I am one of those CFS chaps who from time to time go down around 34th minute. I am not an alcoholic, and only drink at weekends. I do enjoy a pint at half time, and if you are to be succesful waiting until half time leaves you zero chance of getting served, and impossible to get the entrance / ...

Re: Worst we've played this season?

Deffo, Cullen again sloppy for me. Keep hearing makes us tick? Plays sideways backwards more often than not sloppy/slow in possession(been caught fair few times) and Appreciate he fills that left back role when maatsen bombs on but got to be better in possession. Would like to see brownhill there or...

Re: New Sean Dyche podcast

My memory of it was the team were awful at times and yes they got booed off at times. It came out after several players had been offered contracts on half wages for the next season and they had taken their bat and ball home. I distinctly remember telling people at work we needed to give SD 6-10 gam...

Re: Key points from today - Reality Check

I must admit, I don't see what Bastien offers in an attacking left midfield role. Maybe he could be a good Cork replacement in a deeper role? Shame we're missing Twine because I assume that's Twine's spot in the team once fit. Completely agree, not quick enough. Great touch and turn and good range ...
