The football authorities are not in a position to just move an entire weekend’s fixtures back a day on a Thursday evening whereas other sports may be able to do so …

Friendly matches are not scheduled on what would be game days at all. The rest of the sporting fixtures seem to be a go but the footy overlords decided to shaft us to maintain whatever perceived public image they think they have Indeed they are not but it wasn’t a game day as of last night was it ?...
