On a side note - surely it would make sense for the official fixture list for professional football (esp PL and Championship) to have a standard marker - indicating provisional dates and confirmed fixture dates. Make sure it's the same on Sky, BBC, PL, etc - and then nobody is in any doubt whatsoever.

I just tried to listen on Youtube, in the background whilst doing some work. The audio mismatch between the host/guest makes it difficult to listen to. The host (I assume, from this one episode) audio is strong and clear, but the guest is dialling in whilst wearing a motorcycle helmet.

You have this wrong. They have a drainage pipe that runs from the ground to the river. It sits above the river normally, so drains easily. When the river rises, water can't runaway fast enough as the pipe is in it. It wouldn't take much to put something around the pipe to create space for the water...

The majority of the fruit ones have no tea at all. It's practically a fruit juice with tapioca balls. We buy a bubble tea pack for my son who loves it... it has a tea bag - but the instructions suggest dipping it in boiling water for around 5 seconds. It's like the beverage version of homeopathy.
