Playing 3 at the back only works if you have two genuine wing backs, not wingers who can defend a bit or fullbacks that like the odd forage forward, proper all action, big engined dynamos, otherwise it's pointless. but that's the crux of the issue and a much bigger problem Because the lower leagues can't compete they have to charge more as they don't have the TV money and to get good players they have to pay wages they can't afford. If the trend continues we will have a lot more Morcambe / Bury / Rochdale etc...

In my opinion, Anthony is walking a very thin tightrope, he'll start and desrveredly so but if he continues to be as wasteful with his final ball, finishing and general decision making then he's an impact sub. for me, at best.
