Tresor is far to attack minded to fit into a Parker defence orientated team, irrespective of the fact he looks the most skillful player we have.
If this is the case we won’t score enough goals to stay up I’m afraid.

Edwards 4
Fleming 6(+1 for goal)
Broja 3 diabolical

Banel 4
Barnes 5
Tresor 6 (created more than anyone in the time he was on, he’s dangerous in the final third and if Edwards is in the squad over him Saturday I’ll be fuming)

Broja needs games. No pre season. No u21 games. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt although he looked absolutely terrible and had no first touch.

Sonne isn’t a championship footballer let alone prem.

Tresor was the one stand out. But we won’t be seeing him again now we are out of the cup.

If we are talking in the flesh, Zola was pretty special when I saw him play for Chelsea against b@satrds (in the away end)

Ruud VN was also lethal.

I think the strategy involves knowing these type of players get sold if we go down. There’s a confidence we can make good money back, and so it reduces the risk. Course you can end up with an Amdouni where no one wants to buy, but equally a Koleosho/Odobert/Berge who raise £70m very easily. Saints ...
