Didn't think it was possible to accrue that many points for the 2019/20 season (unless you purchased lots of home tickets for others), so I'd contact the TO and ask them to check the figure. Exactly. Should only be the 350 for the season as didn't attend any other games. Had same issue last season ...

I've lost 700 trip to ticket office i think

I had this issue with my sons and partners accounts there both linked to my email address.

I rang the ticket office about it and they just edited it from there side so I can now manage all ST accounts.
