Re: Hannibal

Still don't get Hannibal. Dosen't link up well with Foster. Doesn't show for passes or throws, careless in possession, but Parker keeps picking him as his No 10. Time for a rethink after the international break? Foster needs more support, time for Ramsey or Flemming?

Re: Parking Leeds GI v Train from Skipton

If you take the car a bit further, to Steeton & Silsden you are in the West Yorks Metro area. Used to make quite a difference in ticket prices, but not sure if that is still the case. Probably worth checking. You will need to be parked up in Steeton & Silden station car park very early in the morni...

Reshaping the 1st team squad

There's quite a few who will be in the photos on Monday who probably will move out as the 25-26 squad takes shape. Easy ones? offloads Obafemi Churlinov Green or Hladky Sambo Delcroix Massengo Maybe's (loans): Agyei Banel Adewumi Be interesting to see where these are next season: Foster Ekdal Amdoun...

Re: Ticket Exchange system

Yes Accy. Mine is a senior ticket, so it said I am credited with £15 and some pence. Not sure what that means though! It means that your account will be credited with the £15+ within a few days of last weekends game. You can then use that money to sirens on merchandise or towards another ticket, ho...

Re: Remembering Ian Britton

Andy Farrell agreed, really good. Spoke to him briefly the other week, he said he turns 60 this year, a scary thought, I remember seeing him go in goal against Stoke (if my memory is working correctly). Mr Versatile.

There's some very good analysis from Bristol City pundits, particularly Leroy Rosenior, as to how teams might beat Burnley's defensive setup in this post match analysis. Well worth watching https://youtu.be/1LoYMe0GMbg?si=-wChEO7BNdBcLxyY

Bertie Bee retiring

Bertie Bee set to retire at the end of the season. A sad day for many youngsters. Club announcement doesn't say what our who succeeds Bertie. End of an era.

What a pity they aren't ceasing the bloody awful pitchside announcer as well.

Re: Steaua Bucharest matchday experience

Yes, I've experienced a number of stadiums in Bucharest as I used to live & work there. So took in games at Rapid, Dinamo (stadium now closed), Arcul de Triumf & National Arena. Managed to see Chelsea & Man City play against Steaua, both comfortable away wins, but the games to savour are the derbies...

Re: Home ticket upgrade

For away games, I also found out today that your DoB needs to be entered into the new eTicketing (Ticketmaster) system, otherwise the Ticket will be issued as an Adult category only. So if you're in another age category, ensure your DoB is entered into the system. Ticket Office can assist with this ...

Hopefully, a fully fit Foster, both mentally & physically will be a major asset to our progress this season. His strength & workrate throughout the Luton game was superb. Hit fitness level was impressive in making that box to box run & assist in the 80th minute. What a great benchmark to set. I'm su...

Re: Cardiff sold 200 tickets

Ninian Park was a dump but it was a much better ground for them to play in and for away fans to attend for an atmosphere. Sadly you have fans who prefer the soulless indentikit lifeless arenas instead of a proper football grounds. the fact Cardiff roll over most seasons at home to teams must not bo...
