I was reading the forum from that link above, and a name popped up - Chris Houghton. A manager who always seemed to be dealt an unfair hand regarding dismissals but tends to do well initially.... Now manager of Ghana.

People who tend to be recruited don’t stick around that long from my observations, but I don't know why they leave… that said I think a lot of work is farmed out now and theres more hybrid working.
