Fantastic player. Also, I don't know whether Im seeing this but Ive been watching his interactions with the referees. It's like the refs treat him differently, like they realise they are talking to a guy who has 90 England caps, there seems to be a lot more respect and tolerance of talking from him...

According to a friend who has been a linesman in the football league until recently, "The player can only stay on if the treatment of the player is finished by the time the caution is finished. What a brilliant interview. If his play matches that we've got a real winner here. I've always thought that tattoos are a form of exhibitionism - 'look at me!' - but for him they are personal and now I see another aspect. I love the regard he has for his dog and I hope Teddy settles well.
