I run afew ultras a year, I like back to back long runs when training and hills are your friend.
Using an app like strava can be good to see how you are improving and also where you are struggling

I rate ward, but Robertson is better. I would rather strengthen the wings but if a player becomes available who can improve are starting 11 and fits our pricing strategy then we should try to get them in while they are available
