Re: what is YOUR favourite era watching the Clarets ?
Not the greatest quality of football that we played, but for me the atmosphere surrounding the Jimmy Mullen era will always stand out, as we made our way steadily back from the near-disaster of the mid to late Eighties. Some amazing away games in particular especially support-wise. Also loved the J...

So pleased that Muric played so well and proved he should be number one. However the cynical side of me thinks the club know we are down, they know Trafford's value has plummeted, with good displays Murics will soar so when we sell him at the end of the season the Trafford deficit will be mitigated ...

How could he possibly consider including Fofana in the team of the week; yes, he scored and was creative, but Fofana also missed two absolute sitter's. That said, it must've taken some serious ability on Fofana's part put the ball outside that goalpost from three feet away... I don't think I could'...

Can’t imagine what goes on in training ,you would assume they’red be 11 v 11 sometimes, obviously AM and JT on different sides and if Trafford sees Muric hitting 60 yds passes and playing quick passes you would have thought it would rub off on him.and surely the back room staff must realise there’s ...

Apart from a perfectly regular alround prem keeper performance I didn’t see anything to warrant the ludicrous eulogising , fawning and lickspittle in Muric’s direction . Definitely a bit over the top with a 10 ,but most fans are basing not just his goalkeeping display but the effect it had on all the team ,and if that’s what we need to win a game ,the tempo of the play must have increase by at least 30%.

I think it started when players went down near the halfway line after a clash of heads and one of the Brentford back room staff was ranting about it being an elbow, and credit to Franks he look to be giving him a bit of grief when it all settled down.

Looking at this side a month ago I wouldn’t have given them a cat in hells chance of getting into the Championship play offs next season, but the speed we played out from the back today was much better, and apart from the odd wobble late on when nerves came into play if they play like that next season...

What’s happen at Reading is scandalous and their fans are being let down right, left and centre by the league, the FA etc. Dai Yongge is destroying the club.
