Re: REPORT: Another League Cup disaster for the Clarets
The warning of the way Derby played against us, should have made the players aware, opposing teams from a lower division want to win, as it’s a feather in their cap. Last nights performance was abysmal. As said Hannibal tried to get the ball moving forward while holding onto the ball. The display of...

I’ve just been on the Burnley Council site, re road closures. This shows detailed information on the policy for road closures. I’m sure some of our more learned readers, who have not read the policy, will maybe pick the bones of whether the Football Club have abided to the strict requirements to obt...

Fritters the Crooked Billet in Worsthorne serves Real Ale and they run transport to the ground and back after the game. You would be able to park in the village and there’s little walking, other than where the transport drops you off. You’d be better ringing Alison the Llady to book seats early on. ...

I wonder if the parents are offered an incentive to prise their child from the club, ie buying them a new car. In the 70s, an incentive offered to the parents for their son to sign for a club, after them leaving school, was to buy his Mum a new washing machine.

What doesn’t appear to have been considered, in the topic, has been Bfc relying on access onto the Bcc land to carry out CFS repairs, which they’ve had to do in the past.
