Stick with a company car on that level of mileage, with as low a co2 emissions as you can find.

The Amalfi Coast is ok but there’s not a huge amount to see there. I’ve been once and wouldn’t bother going again.

Rome is alright if you like the tourist stuff and massive groups of people everywhere. the west of the city is the best part for me.

Milan is great, and the lakes.
