Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Lazio – Ticket Information
I had the same email as Incom, no links or attachments or add to wallet button.
Talking to the lady at the ticket office she confirmed the digital tickets would be sent out on 21st July and thought that the first batch today had the links but subsequent ones didn’t. Go figure… it’s ticketmaster!

Re: Season ticket renewal farce
Just had my direct debit confirmation by email - the bank account details are correct, but it only shows 11 payments from 1st May 25 to March 26. The amounts are one twelfth of the total on the ticketmaster invoice, so they’re definitely missing the last one. The march 26 payment is referred to as t...

Over Mount Tsukuba in Ibaraki, Japan. The steep drops and tight bends keep you on your toes, but the views are breathtaking.

Re: Radio Lancs
It certainly would NC, currently their BFC headlines link to the Burnley Express articles. It would be a bit more investment to do OBs from the turf for example. They do live broadcasts from the studio already, so it’s not just music streaming, and their bookface does promote BFC in the community fo...

Re: Season ticket renewal
If you look at the Guide referred to on the main website news item announcement, there is a section that refers to paying upfront online. I didn’t see any of this on my ‘journey’, think I skidded off on the snow! “How to renew your season ticket – Payment in full, Use Ticket credit or Sign up for Di...

And yes, £3 postage, although it shows £1.50 as fees for ‘Name:post amount’ but still £3 added to total.

Re: Season ticket renewal
Leisure, you’re right. I intended to go for full option, but only DD available, the only way to progress was to choose DD. It then leaves you as auto-enabled for DD after setting up the DD. I wasn’t too bothered either way, but if you really want to pay up front then I guess you’d have to cancel out...

If that wasn’t clear: it’s on the eticketing website, logon and select the ‘personal hub’ dropdown I.e. top right - white circle icon with head in it.

Re: Season ticket renewal
Just renewed my ST with full payment, to be taken on the due date, no mention of when that was, but I’ve got the order email.
The facility just appears as a notification under the next 3 games one. (Right hand account menu drop down)

Re: Season ticket renewal
Nope, I rang the ticket office and the lass said it should be available tomorrow (Tuesday). Mind you, she didn’t sound too convinced!
