First week with no weight loss. I suspect that I am now on the placebo, but I've had enough of a kick start to continue this, positively. Currently at 14-10, up 1lb on last week, my first weekly increase in 13 weeks. Appetite needs to be better controlled and I need to make a greater personal effor...

Asda’s new prices are out. I don’t remember all the prices but 2.5mg was previously £128.98 (now up 31%) and 5mg was £143.48 (now up 39%). I’ve just paid £160 from Asda for 10mg.
