First week with no weight loss. I suspect that I am now on the placebo, but I've had enough of a kick start to continue this, positively. Currently at 14-10, up 1lb on last week, my first weekly increase in 13 weeks. Appetite needs to be better controlled and I need to make a greater personal effor...

I haven't watched sky sports on deadline day for years, but just caught half an hour. They try to make everything a big deal, but with social media being so far ahead of them, everything is old news, time to give up. Not been the same since the dildo in the ear day. That was pure deadline day gold!

And if he isn't? Then he's wasted a year of development sat on the bench. He’s our only left sided centre back after Steve. He’d probably start at left back ahead of Pires as well. Asda’s new prices are out. I don’t remember all the prices but 2.5mg was previously £128.98 (now up 31%) and 5mg was £143.48 (now up 39%). I’ve just paid £160 from Asda for 10mg.
