Well all you need to to do is have a player tie their laces and the ref will happily suspend the rule. I think it's 8 seconds from when the ref tells them rather than when they hold it, which is obviously open to abuse. Very surprising we seemed to have no idea it even existed on a defending or att...

When Broja signs we will have the most balanced squad in ages. In the past we’ve always had one position that looked light.

Problem with that is if you have the smallest amount of understanding and accept these things take longer than they do on computer games then it removes the opportunity to have a lazy dig at Pace.
